Skyburner's is only maybe good with hunter weighted throwing knife, otherwise it only applies 3 scorch and you need 100 to trigger an ignition. All those ignitions didn't come from skyburner's, at least not directly. Thermite grenade, your other teamates, maybe your fragments like if you were running char.So it is confirmed that Skyburner's oath applies scorch with hip fire.
