1) By "feet" I assume you are refering to the actual earth working tools (blades, sweeps, shovels etc.). They come/came in a wide variety of types. So any 2 cultivators may have very different tools but the same choices were available for both the Cub and Super A (and others). 2) Like VA Mike said, start with a smooth surface.I think a full set of cultivators here would be worth about $400.00Cdn max.. so I guess the belly setup would be worth about $200.00Cdn provided all the stuff is there. This is for a Cub-144 Cultivator. Which one are you looking at the 144 or the Cub-252 Cultivator. Between what I read in the Cultivator manual and what BD has said, I can visualize tearing up the weeds. But I'm not clear how a plow is different from a cultivator. In the thread about 3 Cubs, the plow I brought home was identified as a Cub-16 Middlebuster. The shape of that piece and the cultivator middlebuster look alike to me.
