Since we launched UWorld MBE Qbank for bar exam prep in February of 2020, UWorld has quickly transformed from an unknown underdog into a leader in high-stakes bar exam prep in legal. UWorld’s formula for success is simple but unique: A team of distinguished in-house legal experts to develop contenti personally thinking getting the emmanuel book and doing those questions first and then adaptibar is why i scored so high for mbe. for the first half of questions i did in the emmanuel book i read through every length explanation of why the answer was right and why the wrong answers were wrong (towards the end i was running out of time and just read the right answer and if i got it wrong the ...

I am very much a visual learner. My scores increased a bit without uworld. And I need to keep making improvements to hopefully improve 4-5 points to pass. UWorld owns Themis, and it comes with the course now. Barbri owns Adaptibar, and either Adaptibar or UWorld will be a nice supplement, although I think Adaptibar with Grossman videos is the way to go if you are headed that route (assuming finances aren’t an issue). Otherwise, if you are between the basic products, probably UWorld. Good luck!AdaptiBar’s 2,000+ online flashcards provide a substantive review in all 7 MBE subjects. This is especially true considering that their self-paced course with these features is less than $200 more.I heard UWorld is an Adaptibar alternative. Would I be safe just using UWorld then? (Honestly, the fact that you get an Adaptibar alternative for free is definitely a major consideration for why I am leaning towards Themis.) I totally get that preparing for the bar exam is not something you should be cheap about but I thought I'd ask.Only did UWorld so no comparison. I liked the visuals. I did a set of 50 questions everyday mixed with all subjects. Only thing that differentiates adaptibar is that adaptibar adapts to your weakness so it hits you where it hurts. Idk how that’s even possible, I watched every damn video and hand wrote notes while watching. I absolutely had a better understanding with adaptibar vs Barbri. Yet my mbe still sucked. I’m thinking maybe adaptibar was too condensed, and maybe I lacked a solid foundation.Generally speaking I was happy with Adaptibar, I did felt reasonably prepared and felt the question tone, style, format were very similar. I would say on average that this year's MBE felt harder than my usual set, but I obviously cant say until I get the results. All the bar companies also include the NCBE released now (all meaning Kaplan, Themis, and Barbri), so I would play with the free versions of both and see which works better for you.
