l334m. • 4 yr. ago. Red broadband means no connection to RG (Residential Gateway). Most probably is it on the line outside and you need a tech. Try to re-seat cable on back of the RG that is connected to Green broadband socket on both ends (if you didn't do it yet), or try to replace that cable.
