I use either meteorite staff which is OP or 2 rapiers and do way more damage way faster. Katana is pretty slow and doesn’t do as much damage. Honestly wasted 2 levels to get the 12 str. Moonveil doesn't so much one-shot as insta-stagger a lot of enemies with the weapon art (the R2 version). A lot of tough enemies get staggered by one L2+R2 and then killed by the critical hit you can follow up with, and a good number of bosses get staggered in like two or three hits from it, too.The unsheathe attacks are just really good on moonveil. And they are hella fun. The charged R2 attack can hit enemies in the air. And the R1 hits in an aoe which is also nice. Because of that you can also use Sorcery as utility or primary means of damage in some situations. But you’d still use Moonveil as primary source of damage.It's one of those weapons that's a noob trap, imo.
