Nevertheless, I pulled the DC cable from the cell and the center pin is loose and can almost be pulled right out. There is also a drop of water leaking out very slowly. Hello Sharon, the general fault is usually talking about a problem in the cell, specifically low current. It can be a break in the cord to the cell, but is usually toe cell itself.
