Hello, I've been curious how many of you use the weapon multi-hit option in game? I have considered turning it on but when i did in the past it seemed like overkill, Movies and shows I've watched have had multiple zombies hit with certain weapons (machetes, Katana, Etc). But i want to here everyone else's thoughts on the changeable setting! Multi-hit should be situational/weapon dependant. Stat dependant on too of weapon dependant makes more sense and provides more incentive besides “I can use this weapon on one enemy better”. With Multi-Hit off there's two weapons that can hit multiple zombies. Hammer is the best one. The lower damage over the other short blunts doesn't matter for number of "hits to kill", what matters is that it weights 1kg, so it uses less endurance per hit than the ones that weight 1.5kg. Less endurance used equals more zombies killed before you have to rest.

They are easy enough to find to look past their lowish durability and they are basically weaker hunting knives that don't destroy clothes. They are not great, but they have their use cases. 3. That and finding a boarded up house and most of the weapons are filled with scrap weapon drops instead of the usual good stuff. Sledgehammers, Katanas and Shovels can hit 3 zombies, Machetes, Club Hammers, and Pickaxes can hit 2 zombies. - All improvised weapons (like rolling pin, smashed bottle) had great damage buffs, making them viable weapons in an emergency.
