We had a number of warranty issues with this property, due to poor construction well below Lennar standards. The warranty department was unresponsive, or slow at best, and bordered on hostility at times.Most car dealerships give new cars a bumper-to-bumper warranty for up to three years. If something goes wrong with the vehicle, you can bring it back to the dealership, and it will repair it at no cost to you.
