I failed tet on it 6 times now and don't recommend going for that off the get go.Tet blackstar has 8 to all species +15 monster dmg from the item itself. So you're basically just 5 monster DMG less but 4 too all species more on PEN dande with garmoth heart and crystals. Blackstar awakening is PEN or leave it. If you don't own a PEN Dande and get lucky hitting Tet blackstar, it's probably the better choice over Tet dande.
