99 arcane build is the strongest build in the game, so pretty viable rofl. Arcane builds are very strong and my absolute favorite if you have more specific questions let me know and I’ll answer to the best of my knowledge. Up to 50 arcane affects weapons. So 30-40 Vit, 15-20 End, min Str/Skl for the weapons you want to use and then pump Arc. 50 Arc is ok, 70 is hitting a lot of Arc softcaps but 99 is where it's at - some tools scale better in those last 20 points.
