Exercise Science Program Requirements. Online exercise science programs usually require the completion of 120-128 semester credit hours or 180 quarter credit hours. Most full-time students are able to fulfill all of the degree requirements in four to five years, but part-time students may need additional time.Program Description. Kinesiology offers a comprehensive program of study in the science of human movement and is designed for students who want to prepare for professions involving physical activity and for graduate study in related areas. The Kinesiology major options are: Applied Exercise and Health; Movement Science; and Exercise Science.Internship requirement. Through the internship requirement, you obtain applicable job related experiences, preparing you for the job market. Learning outcomes. Upon graduation, you will: Demonstrate proficient understanding of the scientific concepts related to exercise science at a level relevant to the degree option (B.A. or B.S.).
