I understand that I can travel to Mexico with an expired visa provided I have a valid I-797 and I-94. But I still have one question about requiring a tourist visa to Mexico. The Mexico VisaHQ site says: I have valid I-797 till Feb 23, 2024 but my I-94 is expiring on Feb 16, 2023. 1: Can I stay in US as my I-797 is valid? 2: Should I leave US before my I-94 expire? …I just got my H1B approved with anew company and my i797 is dated 3 yrs from 2021.
