My 6th gen Accord has a torn liner on the front right wheel well and it rubs every time I turn the wheel to the left. It's a rubbing/whining/"woo" sound.And also when you put it to S mode you will hear the whine as well especially on Manual mode even when driving slow. But on normal cruising and gradual depressing the gas, there is no whinning. Car is smooth and no signs of lose power except that noise.
