I started doing visitors a little before my clerkships began and it was awful. Impossible to retain, poor organization, nothing like learning first aid with zanki in M1-M2. I had to stop, it was too much of a personal deck (and i mean no offense to visitor). Hopefully a txtbook, and zanki step 2 after uworld will be sufficient.
