Feb 11, 2020 · Rem 700 7mm-08. I own and load for my Rem700 7mm-08. I prefer 42 gr H4895 with 140 gr Nosler Accubonds and/or Partition and gotten devastating results on south LA whitetail. The Accubond load shoots 1” groups @ 100 yds and drop 2.5” at 200 yds. I’ve used 41 gr of Varget with similar results. Sneads, Florida. First decide what your intended target will be for this load. Then pick the best bullet for that purpose. I said 170 and that a good weight to help fight the wind on the longer range shots.
