The funny thing is, if you look back at each .3 cycle from 3.X series on, it makes sense why people are having mixed feelings about it. Even though we already knew coming in that 6.1 was starting a fresh story, meaning we wouldn't get the .1-.3 like epilogue from the current expansion, but that sense of urgency feels lost with the current story progression.
