I have a couple good sets, one with multiple OE pieces, one full Troubleshooter, and one Assassins. I don't normally run a "power armor build" but my main build is set up so that using power armor is not a big handicap. The carry weight helps a lot with the lack of backpack or Unyielding armor bonus, poison resist removes the need for the Funky Duds legendary perk, low Energy Resist can be mitigated by Electric Absorption legendary perk, and low Radiation Resist is offset by the innate 90% Radiation Damage reduction present on all full power armor sets.
