I.e. 2 megaboom’s make a pair, 2 boom 2’s make a pair etc. So I was having this problem on the boom 2’s and megaboom’s but once I updated to the latest firmware this problem was solved and I haven’t had any problems since then. The Megaboom 3 doesn't have Alexa built-in and there's no Wi-Fi either. It does have a battery life of 20 hours though, and charging is convenient thanks to a repositioned Micro-USB port on the back.

Please help. I've had the UE megaboom original from the beginning and this one appears to be a lot more complicated. Plug the power adapter into the wall outlet, and press and hold the ‘Power’ button for at least 15 seconds to turn on the speaker. If the speaker does not turn on, disconnect the power adapter and try the same steps with a new power adapter. 2. Make sure the speaker is not switched to ‘Off’ or ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode.
