It's actually pretty simple. 2 spawn at a time, and they won't respawn until they are picked up. If one is picked up, it takes either 25 or 30 minutes to respawn. If both are picked up, it takes 45 minutes for both to respawn. The spawns are set, you can find a few different posts with coordinates/maps. You have to be level 80 to get them.Posted July 2, 2017. There's 2 chests that appear on the map that are the equivalent of the deep see loot caches. One's found in the ocean, and one on land. Also inside both the jungle and ice caves are an area where there's a bunch of red loot caches that drop items from the sea cache loot table.

There will only ever be 2 Deep Sea crates spawned at once (assuming they function the same way as other maps). And once the crate has been looted, it will take approximately 45 mins for another crate to spawn in the map. It's 25 minutes if a single one is looted 45 for both.
