Two vastly different guns, difficult to compare. Personally I find the Kimber a tad too much to carry and a bit finicky as many 1911's tend to be. On the other hand reliability of the P938 is questionable. Mine was fine until about 500 rounds in and I started having issues with hollow points. The Ultra is an officer's frame with a 3 inch Bull Barrell. Both have aluminum frames and the Schwartz safety system. I have two kimbers, a full size Custom II and an Ultra Elite. For carry I like the ultra alot more as it is smaller, lighter, and alot quicker for point and shoot type situations.
