Install the Kronos Mobile App by opening the Store on your device (App Store, Google Play, and so on). Tap the Kronos Mobile icon to launch the app once it has downloaded. Tap Proceed to access the log on screen by entering the following URL in the Server field. Tap Allow to have Kronos send you if you’re prompted.Go to Kronos, to the day and edit it. So, weirdly enough, PT people can see everyone's schedule under the "my requests" schedule of Kronos. However, FT people can only see their own department.
