Cadillac cue not working
Buttons not working. I’ve got a 2016 Escalade and just recently notice that the the two columns of buttons on either side of the CUE system are not illuminated and are non functional. They control the power assist step, pedal adjustments, magnetic ride control, glove box, park assist, lane keep assist,etc. They were working a couple of weeks ...My 2015 XTS CUE SYSTEM is not working either. It seems like Cadillac doesn't care about its customers or fixing this issue. This is very common problem and very expensive to fix. This will be my last Cadillac until they change their attitude about the quality of their vehicles..

The hard reset (where the driver's door is opened and the CUE faceplate is raised is a myth.)
