Numerous enlarged cervical lymph nodes (Fig. 1a) with hypertrophy of nasopharyngeal soft tissues and palatine and lingual tonsils were seen. A CT of the chest with IV contrast showed bilateral axillary lymphadenopathy (Fig. 1b).
