Go to the bonfire next to the ball of love, go back and kill the two shield bois with the mimic head on until you go hollow. Bring a blunt weapon to smack them around and make the fight easier. If you're struggling, get the dark sword and just spam r1. you're bound to catch a few people with it and leave with enough shackles.
