After speaking to Dexcom professionals, and others who are involved in the making off apps - they are often sent to market with kinks. It is recommended that the G6 be inserted around your abdomen.Ive only had two bad gushers and a couple of smaller ones. I always have a cotton ball with me when putting in my sensor. If it starts bleeding, I just hold the cotton ball up to it for a while and check periodically if its done. Kinda like if you have a bloody nose. I think its saved a few monitors that would have been trashed.
