Remove the cover and you should see the motor sticking out about mid way up. Looks like there are only 3 screws/bolts and one electrical connection. Should be pretty easy and straight forward to do. Interestingly enough, I have noticed that if you let the car sit for 3-4 days without using it, the ac works for a few days than it stops working again. I have read that the Traverse models were notorious for having issues with shorts within the fuse block that is located in the engine compartment.
