I did get the exotic glaive on my warlock first. The initial Glaive quest is account wide. Once it's complete you can craft one of the three exotic glaives. The other two patterns are added to the Wellspring loot pool. Character being played doesn't seem to matter.It has an abysmally low drop rate, me and a friend both farmed it together and it took us each around 30~ to get a pattern. Then a bit more for the 2nd.
