On occasion in the winter (especilly if I take it through the car wash) the sliding doors will freeze...go figure. The problem I get is that after I get the door open it will not close for some time. I try to close the door and it just bounces back open. Then, push the door in question manually to close it. If it still doesn’t latch manually then you have an issue with the latch being stuck or frozen and not an electric issue. Take the negative battery terminal and connect it back.
