We had the altice one box and 3 minis in the house. Wanted different router with distinct 2.4 and 5.0G bands. None of 5he smart home stuff works on 5g networks so the altice one mesh or "smart" router doesn't work well. Anyway we took the altice all in one and they just swapped it for another mini (count 4 minis now and no all in one). Be prepared to see this screen if you download this app and don't have Altice 1. The older app which is supposed to work with the Amazon Fire Tablets for some reason is no longer compatible, and it appears incompatible with all Amazon devices.
