I have a solid load for 140 gr Nosler Partitions, Accubond and Sierra Game Kings: 45.6 grs I-4350, CCI BR-2 Primers and Lapua Brass.I2Idc, I hunt with a BLR-81 in the 7mm/08. The factory ammo available cripples it IMO. It will shoot those 160-170 class for sure, not sure on the bullets above that as far as velocity and twist rate. To wake it up though, you need to reload for that cartridge.
