Clinical Flow Cytometry Core Laboratory The clinical flow cytometry laboratory at Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Center is a CLIA/CAP-certified, COG-accredited laboratory that performs comprehensive clinical testing of pediatric leukemias and lymphomas. The laboratory offers routine testing for the following clinical services:The Cytometry and Cell Sorting Core provides training, instrumentation, technical expertise, and software for flow cytometric analysis and cell sorting. The Cytometry and Cell Sorting Core offers the following services: CCSC iLab calendar. FREE Consultations by Request. New User Registration. Analysis. Assisted Sorting. Instrumentation Training.All work in the Flow Cytometry Core must be preceded by a consultation with Core Manager Dr. Rachael Sheridan to discuss experimental design, controls, and biosafety. The Flow Cytometry Core laboratory is a BSL-2 facility occupying 980 sq. foot space. The laboratory is equipped with a a BD FACSymphony S6 Cell Sorter, a Cytek Aurora Spectral Flow Cytometer, and a BD FACSAria Fusion cell sorter.
