I've up the inch pounds to 17 inch pounds and it still vibrates loose. I've checked the threads on the screws and on /in the slide and neither are stripped. The 365 optic cuts fit the EPS/EPS Carry/507K/407K. The sight you bought fits the RMR footprint not the smaller footprint of the 365. You could use the optic on a P320 if its 1. cut for an RMR, or 2. with an adapter plate if its cut for the Romeo/DPP footprint. Rich Jenkins.My advise it to not over-complicate it.
