Keep pressing the rear gate opener button until it is unlocked (I assume this means on the tailgate and not the remote) Lift up the rear gate. Pull down the rear gate until it starts to close automatically. The system will be initialized once the gate is fully closed. OK - Finally a software update came through and was completed ( albeit a lengthy process ), downloading it via WIFI. So, for my base 2021 model Outback (no Sat Nav), it went from software version: F17GMM072-580 to F17GMM122-570 (The software version updates will be different for the other variants). Freespirit Odyssey Subaru outback roof top tent comes in 2 person and 3 person sizes. Both sizes include a 1.5″ high-density foam mattress and a 1.2" EPE flooring.
