To reserve a study room: Login to your KU email account Go to your Calendar Select New Event Add your name to the title field Select Date & Time Enter LEEP2 in the room searching field Select Scheduling Assistant at the top to check for availability Select Send after selecting the study room Library meeting rooms and other spaces will be available for use by the community. The Library reserves the right to review each prospective use and determine whether that use meets Kansas City Public Library meeting room and facility guidelines. The reserved time includes room setup and clean up.
