Tricaru just needs to hit the minimum speed requirements and the rest can go for damage. I dont think u are realistically able to get too much damage off from your icaru. Your only source of DPS is from verde. For my runes I am using 1 determination set to make it easier to fit all the fight sets plus an accuracy set.
