The best economy wad for that hull (if loading in 1-1/8th oz) is the Claybuster CB2118-12 (Federal 12S3 clone). It's my view that you can interchange load data with the Federal Gold Medal, and the Cheddites with these hulls. But there is typically ample load data for the Fiocchi 7mm hull.
