A: You need to Turn on the "Always Show Cursor". In my testing even while doing this, if the NPC's are cranked up too much you still won't see your cursor. It's very like a mod issue. Yeah, the old backers hated the old NPCs, the devs hated the old NPCs, that's why they removed them and working on improving the NPCs.
