Greetings. Thinking for some time what will be the best Guardian build, whether its Scout or Soldier. In theory Soldier should be the number 1 choice, but lets see stats: Soldier/Guardian 8/12 (this is hands down the best leveling variation)Scout/Guardian 5/15 (It`s either this or 8/12 variant)If switch at lvl 5, you will have 1 more feet, a ...

BY: Jared M. Star Wars : KOTOR is still by far one of the best Star Wars games of all time. Showing up on the scene in 2005 many people still play. Players can try six different classes which all have a variety of skills. Players start with three non-Jedi classes first. Scout, Scoundrel, and Soldier, then after your Jedi training three more ...The guardian build is DS but it is perfectly viable to use it in a LS playthrough. It does use double bladed sabers but you can probably use it as 2 single blades, just have the utility saber in your off hand. The consular build is just one single bladed saber but the consular isn't really focused on saber combat anyways.Only the darkside Guardian's bonus is useful for this build, with +1d8 of damage. BUT, if you were to go darkside Guardian then specialise into Sith Marauder, you would still only get +1d8 of damage and not 2d8, whereas dark Sentinel into Sith Assassin will give you a total of +6 DEX.

Guardian build kotor. Things To Know About Guardian build kotor.

This build is the squishiest of all classes with the least amount of HP, but with decent wisdom and dexterity, you should be completely untouchable and also deal more damage than any other build due to your sneak attack combos. Works well with Mission and Jolee, also Canderous. I'd also say scout 4/5 -> guardian is very good.Important Feats would be Flurry line, Heavy Armor (for the Darkside mask) Two Weapon Fighting then whatever you want. Force Powers would be Speed line, at least Energy Resistance, the AoE Drain HP then whatever else. Also remember to reach max Dark Side ASAP and stay that way for the extra 1-8 damage bonus. 3. Single Cyan lightsaber back in the Mandalorian Wars (choose the option of forgetting what it even looked like when Atton asks). In the actual game, it is unknown.KotOR II has a somewhat deeper and more complex character building system than KotOR with more feats and advanced crafting/upgrading, but the combat is mostly the same mechanically. Your build does most of your work for you, assuming you've got the basics down - use the right buff / debuffs against the right enemies, and use a weapon/force ...In this SWKOTOR build video I will show you all the ropes for all 8 levels for the Soldier than after the class change all 12 levels for the Jedi Guardian Build. With this build for SW KOTOR you will be one powerful frontline fighter. I will give gear, lightsaber advice, combat tactics and more. Let's defend the Jedi code with this build.

Scout will get 4 more FP and one more force ability, 14 more skill points and better saving throws. They also get different default powers (power attack, flurry) but you are fine sticking with whichever one you started with. So Soldier is 5% more accurate and very slightly tankier, Scout gets a lot of very minor advantages elsewhere. So I just recently played through KOTOR for the first time and I made a Light Side Jedi Soldier/Guardian. I maxed power attack, two-weapon fighting, lightsaber mastery, and the rest were basically defensive things and focused all on Strength.

Apr 9, 2022 · Introduction to Vigilance Guardian. Vigilance Guardians brand their foes with heavy, Force-empowered swings from their burning-hot lightsaber. Vigilance is pretty average when it comes to sustained, purely single-target DPS. It’s not one of the strongest specs, but it doesn’t have any glaring weaknesses in that department either. With this build, I wanted to do a couple of things that I haven’t done in a KOTOR build before. First and foremost, I wanted to make a Scoundrel -> Guardian build. The cool thing about this build is that if you use Guardian’s Force Jump on an enemy, it receives the damage boost from Scoundrel’s Sneak Attack!

Sentinel with INT 14 (Buff to 16 by level 8) will get a lot more out of the plot than a Guardian with INT 10. Implants are now tied to your constitution with the best unlocked at Level 18. So if you're going for a Sith Marauder maybe consider starting as a Consular to take advantage of Force Focus and the additional skill points. The following is only learned by Guardian, Lightsaber Specialization. Jedi gain feats every 3 levels (though Guardian has more in other levels). Scout gains a feat at level 5 and 7, and Implant 3 at level 8. Combining these two factors together, your combinations are 5/15, 8/12 and the "I am ...In today’s fast-paced world, staying updated with the latest news is crucial. With the rise of digital media, news consumption has shifted online, and one platform that stands out ...

The most overpowered build in the game is generally considered to either be Sentinel/Consular->Weaponmaster/Marauder or Consular->Assassin/Watchman. Sentinels are much better than guardians who only receive one additional feat by level 15, while sentinels gain status effect immunity and amazing skills.

A Soldier 7/Guardian 13 will have 14 feats. My preferred allocation for those is: 3 Two-weapon Fighting. 3 Toughness. 3 Empathy. 2 Power Attack. 2 Lightsaber Specialization. 1 Conditioning or 1 Jedi Defense (flip a coin) 1. Defense is the tanking discipline for Jedi Guardian and one of the three tanking disciplines in the SWTOR. Soldier/Guardian will lose feats and a little extra BAB, Scout/Guardian will lose bonus feats, skill points, and saving throw bonuses, and Scoundrel/Guardian will lose a lot of bonus feats and a lot of skill points. I never said you had to use sneak attack on Malak. The key part is choosing Jedi Watchman/Sith Assassin as the prestige class. Before that, you can stsrt with Jedi Sentinel for general melee and skills (much more important in KotOR II), or Consular for casting stunning powers again. Feats. For obvious reasons, Master Two Weapon Fighting is required. If using DEX, get the Finesse: Melee Weapons ... I'm trying KOTOR 1 for the first time, because I love SWTOR. I've started by trying to copy my SWTOR Juggernaut with a Tank-inspired build. Soldier → Guardian, Dueling, taking all the defensive feats (Toughness, Conditioning, Jedi Defense), pumping DEX for the Defense bonus, etc. Deprioritizing / ignoring STR and the DPS Feats (Flurry, Two Weapon, etc).

As I've said in various other threads, I personally prefer to skip DEX all together and put the points into STR on lightsaber heavy builds (which Guardians are-- use WIS for Force Power builds). Defense takes care of itself in this game, so focusing more on offensive output (particularly raw damage) as far as combat goes is the way to go.Need help with a good Jedi Guardian build (KOTOR 1) Going to begin a playthrough where I'll play as a Guardian.Would appreciate help with starting attributes/class and feats/powers to add as i play. The Jedi Guardian. begins as a member of a different class and does not embrace their burgeoning Force. sensitivity until later in the story.Scout/Sentinel is regarded by many as an "in between" class that doesn't melee like a Guardian, and doesn't "wizard" like a Consular.
