n_slash_a. • 3 yr. ago. 30-45 SPM is a good number. That is 1 science per cycle on an AM1 or AM2. Works good enough. My other advice is to buffer stuff. This is not recommended for normal play, since it hides bottlenecks. In the No Spoon case, you want to hide bottlenecks.

I used Raneo's blueprint and map seed and successfully finished in 7:15!! The blueprint needs some work (more labels) but, for the most part I was able to get it between looking at the image he posted and the blueprint.

These settings are all in the "Advanced settings" tab of "New game". All "Pollution" settings can be changed without disabling the achievements, the result is that enemies no longer attack your base.
