Intermittent overheating problem. Hey everyone! It's been a while for me to be on here and I've been having trouble with my 2004 Hemi D lately. Back in March the pinion bearing went out catastrophically causing destruction to the rear end. A re-manufactured Mopar axle installed (cost me $2300) and now it's started to overheat.To fix it, I would stop the car, shut the ignition off, open the door, turn it back on and the problem would be resolved. A couple of days ago it did the same thing and now nothing seems to work to get it to turn back on.
