flashing d indicates a transmission control problem. The pilots have had issues with shift solenoids going bad (among a number of other hondas). find which solenoid is being flagged and replace it. should be able to pull a diagnostic code up with a good scan tool. Wouldnt be a bad idea to drain and fill the trans fluid with OEM honda fluid.
