The COMSAE were fairly accurate on average. Yes, they can fluctuate wildly, but if you took 3 or 4, your average was usually close to the real thing. I was able to purchase up to 3, with the school providing me one. The material is also different. USMLE is so heavy in biochem and the first few chapters of Pathoma whereas comlex is so MSK, Neuro, OPP, and Micro heavy.
