(thank you Honda) the cam shaft has been adjusted. I have also tried different types of oil in order to eliminate this ticking noise. I even ran this pilot on different octane gas.

Its been a couple years and no issues since I got codes p0172 and p0175 shes been actually running great until last week, the pilot stalled while driving on a back road started it back up and ran fine but have CEL with codes p2099 and p2097 stored and p0175 and p2097 pending.

The actuator should be out of alignment from the mounting holes approx. 1/8" inch. I just twist the actuator clockwise to line up the holes ... A lot of other engine brands don't live to the point they need their valves adjusted, or they self adjust. Hondas have complicated valve train and need to be manually adjusted every 100k or so.
